Aaron came to our house very well prepared for the meeting. Explained what he does and how he does it. He had documentation of current and previous homes sold or in process. We discussed a price and he felt too high but would do it. House had a lot of showings but no offers . Price lowered to more market range. Had an offer that was accepted. Through all , Aaron kept up well informed of open house and other showings. Communication was excellent! I can totally recommend Aaron for any housing needs !!
