Born and raised in Montrose, CO, I have personally witnessed the growth and demand for property along the Western Slope of Colorado and I understand the market inside and out. I am a business management graduate with emphases in entrepreneurship, marketing and strategy. The skills I have learned have helped me successfully pursue my own ventures as an entrepreneur, investor and healthcare software consultant for a dominating global company. We used Aaron Tobler as our real estate agent for buying our new home in Montrose and couldnt be happier. He was easy to get along with, responsive with communication, and took the time to understand our vision and what was important to us before showing us homes. When we toured homes he was well informed about each of the houses we saw and if we had a specific question about a place he didnt know he went and found the answer for us promptly. Once we decided on a place he was helpful in negotiations and kept everything running smoothly through closing. We never felt rushed or pressured in the home buying process. Aaron is an amazing realtor and Id recommend him to anyone! He made our house buying experience so easy. We were able to reach out to him at anytime and he would respond promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
