2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Hire an agent willing to spend money on marketing your home! Hire an agent that promises to communicate with you throughout the promise. At the bare minimum make sure your agent has sold homes in the area you are selling in!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We have sold homes to Pizza Delivery Drivers, Engineers, Teachers, Doctors, Lawyers, Professional athletes and many other professions in between! Our Niche is strong communication skills and above and beyond customer service!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We work all the time with sellers that have no idea how much their home is worth. The market has changed rapidly and sellers are usually surprised at our valuation. Recently, we lined up a buyer and seller without the hassle of showings!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My parents bought and sold 3 houses my senior year of High School. I became fascinated with the process and the rest is history!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I was licensed just 6 weeks after High School. I worked a bit in the restaurant industry, but helping folks buy and sell houses is really all I know!
