I'm married to my beautiful wife, Katharine Reel. Katharine and I grew up in Kernersville, NC and we met in 1st grade. We have 2 children, Ellie and Grady, and they sure do keep us on our feet. My wife and I bought our first home January of 2014 and I fell in love with real estate. The searching became a hobby. The negotiations and the due diligence period intrigued me. Mix that with my obsession of House Hunters and I knew real estate was going to be "my thing." My career launched in October of 2014 and it has become a passion of mine. I love everything about it. People oftentimes ask how work is and I respond, "What's work?!" When you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. I stopped working October of 2014. My first year, I sold $2.3 million - then $4.2 million - and next thing I knew I was at $7.2 million for 2018. With business taking off, I knew I had to launch Reel Realty. What can I say? Aaron is a rockstar. I've bought and sold 4 homes with Aaron and every time he manages to get top dollar for you as a seller and is able to negotiate some truly unbelievable purchase prices (in addition to repairs) for you as a buyer. He is open, honest, and patient with you through the entire process and goes out of his way to make you feel like you're his only client. I'm sad my last transaction with Aaron was selling my home in NC to move out state move because it looks like it might be my last transaction with Aaron. I cannot recommend him and his incredible team at Reel Realty enough!

If you are buying or selling a home in North Carolina I highly recommend Aaron Reel and Reel Realty for so many reasons:aEURc Moving from out of state? Aaron is your go to guy! We were moving for retirement so we werent tied to a geographical location. Aaron listened to what we would like to have and gave us a great list of towns and areas to research and visit!aEURc Buying a new build? Never go look at a new build model with out a realtor! Aaron set up the visits for us and came with us! He was able to point out advantages and possible problems in models that we didnt see! When we decided to purchase a new construction house, he was with us through every step of the process. In the design choice meeting he was able to help guide us to avoid decisions that would have been short term trendy or unnecessary upgrades. As we were moving from out of state, Aaron kept a close eye on the build process for 6 months. He worked as our go -between with the builder and handled inspections when we could not get here. He was always available and willing to help every step of the way!aEURc Moving to Kernersville? His knowledge of this community and the surrounding area is amazing! Aaron, Brandy, and their team were professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the whole process of buying our new home. House hunting in an unfamiliar area can present unique challenges. Aaron was happy to work around our schedule, willingly sacrificing weekends to work with our ability to be in the Kernersville area. He was also very knowledgeable about schools, restaurants, childrens activities, and numerous other amenities in each area we visited. When our offer was accepted, Aaron and Brandy worked efficiently, setting up inspections and keeping track of the ample paperwork to ensure we closed with minimal effort on our part.
