Aaron actually started to help us the year before in Oct 2022. We met up with him as we were visiting the state we came to live in later. He was kind and knowledgeable. Patient in our questions and patient in the longevity of how long it took us to get to the point where we could buy a house. He answered many of our questions when it came to the local market even though we lived in Arizona. Once we moved to Washington and finally sold our house in AZ he helped us navigate the local market with ease.
