He came to my house to give me his opinion of what my property would sell for and how he would market it. I have to admit that I started listing it higher that what Aaron recommended. I ended up lowering the price a couple of times later. Aaron kept me informed of showings he had of the property and any progress that was made with those showings. Aaron did sell my lot and was helpful with the closing also. I would use him again and I would recommend him to others.
