He very obviously has lots of experience, knowledge, and connections which I benefited from. But even more important was how responsive and helpful he was to me personally. The combination of my wish list and budget made me a more difficult buyer than most, but he was always patient, always available by phone, and always made me feel like a priority. From experience I've had with realtors before, this is a rare quality. So I would definitely recommend him, and plan to use him again the next time I need a realtor.
