What you see in the reviews is absolutely true and accurate (unless they're negative, then I have to disagree with those). When I first reached out to Aaron, we quickly set up a Zoom call to get to know each other and what we were looking for. I immediately felt like Aaron sincerely cared about my husband and I finding the right home and also that he was very knowledgeable about the process. He was very up front and didn't try to sugar coat how difficult the buying process was actually going to be. After our meeting, I felt encouraged and excited. Aaron got right to sending us options that fit our budget and criteria. He never presented us with options that were out of our budget or in places we didn't want to live. I'm sure Aaron has a huge amount of clients at any given time, but I always felt like we were a priority. It was never hard to communicate with him and he was always very quick about scheduling tours. Aaron was so helpful in advising us on how to make an offer and what was going to make our offer competitive. Aaron also has connections to everything helpful - especially a talented mortgage broker. When it came down to it, I really felt like Aaron pulled out all the stops to make our dream a reality. Our property had 19 offers and ours was the one that was accepted. That was all because of Aaron's hard work. If you want to find your dream home, you have to have an agent who's going to make it happen. Aaron is that guy.
