About Aaron Grubel

?Aaron began his real estate career in 2002 after having worked previously in sales and marketing in the sports and resort industry. Having always had a passion for real estate since he was a young Aaron decided to make it his career. After working for Metrobrokers, Morris & Raper and Citihomes Realty Aaron decided to get his Brokers license and start ASG Realty in 2006. Having sold hundreds of homes all over Metro Atlanta, Aaron has gained a reputation for: excellent service; making transactions flow as smoothly and stress free as possible; high integrity and putting clients' needs first . He is constantly looking for new technology and innovative ways to market his clients to homes and find the right buyer. As the leader of the Aaron Grubel & Associates he brings a wide range of knowledge having sold hundreds of homes over the years. He has sold homes all over metro Atlanta with his focus first on always doing what's best for his clients. The listing team consists of Mattie Robertson, Michael Garcia and Kimberly White. Together we work together to provide extraordinary customer service and do whatever it takes to get the job done for our client. In addition to selling residential real estate, Aaron also is a real estate investor. He owns several rental properties as well as buys homes that he renovates and sells. He enjoys living in Atlanta with his family, entertaining, playing soccer, working out, playing with his dogs and traveling with his wife Sundy.

I'm an out-of-town investor. I first met Aaron when he looked at two houses for me when I was buying the notes on them and becoming the lender. He spent time even though there was no immediate gain for him. Two years later I was back needing to sell one of those houses. Aaron oversaw the renovation and got an offer within a few days. I've never had a realtor go so far for me and handle things so very well. Even though this wasn't a typical transaction, Aaron's willingness to do whatever it takes to win a great success for a client would be a gift to anyone needing to do any kind of real estate deal. I can't recommend him highly enough!

My family was extremely pleased with the service provided by Aaron in selling our home! He did a very thorough market analysis and walked through the house with us to point out things we could do to help the home sale faster and at the price we wanted. There were a few items that we needed to have fixed prior to the sale and Aaron referred us to his contacts that were very reasonably priced to complete work for us. Once the home was listed, we got an offer the VERY NEXT DAY! Aaron kept us informed throughout the process. His professionalism has surpassed all other agents that I have ever dealt with. If possible, I would give him TEN STARS!!!
