I am looking at a nice new house but half the street is owned by a single investment company that only rents them out. will this make it harder for me to get a loan or will the neighborhood feel like a giant apartment complex with no pride of ownership? I don't want to be the only person on the block who actually owns their home.
We want to add a screened in porch to our house but it would take over most of our deck. Is it worth the $70k and will I get it back if i decide to sell in a few years?

Something creepy happened in the condo next to mine. I don't want to get into the details here, but it was enough to make me want to move. Do I need to tell the agent about this? Or do I need to tell the people moving in about it, or is that not my problem?

I want to sell as cheaply as possible. Do I have to pay for staging and cleaning and all of the upgrade or repairs? I just want to list it and sell it with out all the extra cost. Can I even do it without a real estate agent and just sell by owner? Or like one of those 1% agents?

I put an offer on a home that's about 40 years old. I know there are things that need to be replaced and want to go into the deal with as much knowledge as possible. I get that humans make mistakes or don't see things. So, I'm wondering if I should get 2 home inspections and see what they both say. Could I use both reports to negotiate?

I have three offers on the table. One is all cash but lower; one is over asking but has a financing contingency; and one has a massive down payment. How do I know which one is actually the safest bet to get to closing? My realtor says all cash is always the way to go because we know they have the money now but I feel like I want to get more and go with the over asking.
Hello, lord knows how many websites I’m searching to get some answer. Im interested in buying an apartment in westchester county New York, I do not have a down payment and I work a partime job. Soon enough after I buy I would like to get a lease and have someone rent it. Unfortunately I am a single mother and no not have the extra financial assistance. I know miracles do not happen overnight but if you can point me in the right direction to doing so that would be great. Thank you have a great day

Selling within 5 years does Building is proposing a vote on an amendment For new owners to pay 3,000 1 time transfer fee It is supposed to offset future work costs, maintenance etc. I won’t receive the long term benefits. We could get a big unexpected assessment and perhaps this is how they plan to deal with it. Would this affect sale ability and potential value of my unit in the future?
