Clear out all the clutter in the home that you can. Keep counter tops neat and tidy and free of small appliances and clutter. Getting the home down to the clean and bare minimum allows a buyer to see the house from their own perspective, how it would look if they lived there. First start with giving the home a good cleaning and declutter. It would be beneficial to have a local agent who knows your area well to compare your home with those that have sold, and what projects are worth your time and money. Consider time doing those projects versus currently payment, interest and market conditions. Not all projects add value, but may be worth it! Good luck!
