Inventory has been limited for the last 2 years. I do not believe you need to wait until the Spring time. Buyer are looking to purchase properties all year around. A very serious buyer will come out because they truly need a home no matter with time of year; summer, winter, spring or fall. As a matter of fact, not selling in the Spring should reduce the amount of competition with other listings. Just basing my opinion on prior Client Listing experiences. Wish you well and hope helpful.
