Can I sell a rental property out of state?

My problem is that I live in New York and need someone in Florida to handle the rental. I can't sell the property yet.

Yes, you can sell the property. You can pretty much sell it from anywhrere in the world. If you need some real estate contacts I would be happy to help you with that. 518-526-4964

Yes Jean, You can sell a property that is in another state. You will need an agent to oversee the negotiations, inspections, and contracts of sale. Your closing / title company can arrange for a mobile notary to come to your home or office to sign the papers with you. If you do not need a notary for your transaction, the documents are sent overnight or emailed. Cindy Hurley Alexus Realty Jensen Beach, Florida
