Find a Top Real Estate Agent Near You

I don’t need an agent to sell my home. I need an appraisal?

All I want is to have the home appraised as I already have an interested buyer. Just want to determine the homes value for asking price

Hi Sandra, If you have not yet sold your home, you may want to "interview" an agent or two. The way the real estate market is at this time is different than in the past. Frequently, properties sell for greater than their appraisal value. Many buyers are willing and able to pay more than what the appraisals come in at. Statistically, sellers net greater profit if they sell with a Realtor than by owner. If you would like me to connect you with a Realtor who specializes in Vero Beach please contact me by call or text at 407-579-6453 or by email at [email protected]

be careful!!!!!! in this great market of sellers you really OWE IT to yourself to PUT the listing OUT THERE! for ALL to see. Competition breeds lots of $$$$$$$ these days. Having a good Realtor will MORE THAN pay up the difference. DO NOT SELL YOUR HOME FOR TOO CHEAP! a appraisal is NOT THE SAME -- get a cash buyer or someone with lots of money down then the appraisal DOES NOT MATTER

It depends on your goals. It sounds like you are trying to get a value of your home to give to the buyer to determine a fair market value. Realtors should have referrals for you - Amy Quimby reply below shows some appraisers. I would call them directly. However, as a seller, you do not usually need to do the appraisal - unless you are doing it to determine home value. Sometimes appraisals come in much lower than a buyer appraisal after the sale price is noted on the contract.
