How do I decide what mortgage is right for me?

How do I decide what mortgage is right for me? With the rates being so high I'm trying to figure out the best way to go forward. It feels like there are a lot of options and I don't know what's best for me.

Talk to a mortgage loan officer. They seem to have more options.

Speak with the best mortgage broker. I would say Shant Banosian from Guaranteed Rate. He is the #1 Lender in the US
Connect with a loan officer and discuss the options available. A good loan officer will show you the different financing options and benefits which will help you choose a path forward.

  • If I sell my home, will my boyfriend receive part of the sale?

I wanted some clarification before deciding to put my home on the market. My boyfriend and I purchased a home together several years ago. We split up so he signed a quitclaim deed but is obviously still on the loan. If I want to sell my home that I have been making payments on myself for the last 8 years. Does he need to sign anything and would he be entitled to any of the sale money?
