SHirley, All agents do not charge the same. There are some agents out there who list then sit waiting for a buyer to come. There are other agents who take a more proactive approach and aim to get you the most out of your property. Ofcourse the agent that places more effort in usually charges more commission. Interview agents and find out what they do. Then you can compare and find out which is the best for you. There are many factors when it comes to maximizing the value of your home. Here is a video of me going over some of them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hWzDqaItXjc Feel free to reach out to get some contacts that can hep you. 518-526-4964

Hi Shirley, All agents do not charge the same amount. It can vary greatly, as well as services the agent provides. Some agents take their own photos, some use professional photography, some invest more in advertising the property than others. When you interview agents ask them what type of service they provide and it should help you make your decision!

Hi Shirley, everything is negotiable. All agents and brokerages charge differently. You pay for the service you receive. We pride ourself in providing excellent services for our clients and are not a discount brokerage. I recommend interviewing a few agents and deciding for yourself if a lower commissioned agent will provide the same results as higher commissioned agent.
