Is a double rent security deposit reasonable?

I have found a place for my growing business and they have given me a lease offer. I want to protect my business and make sure that I am not being messed over. Is double rent security deposit plus 1st month rent for a 5 year lease reasonable? I dont want to low ball on the counter offer but I want something that works for me.

Two things to consider, if you are a growing business where will you be in 5 years. Will you have outgrown the location you are looking at? Second is the lease personally guaranteeing you will pay the lease if you default before the lease is up? The double rent security deposit might be used instead of the personal guarantee.
