Do you match all agents directly with leads?
No, we only match the top performing agents with leads. However, we give every agent the chance to appear on our directory.
Upon joining, you will be added to our directory where we rank agents based on their recent sales, years of experience and customer satisfaction. Clients can contact you through the directory.
If you are in the top 5% of agents in your service areas, then you qualify for our lead referral program. There FastExpert will match you up with buyers and sellers in your area. You can customize which types of leads you receive (buyer/seller, commercial, residential, and price range). You will get to accept or decline each lead.
I’m a new agent, can I join?
Our top performing agent was once a new agent too! Yes, you can join and you will be added into our directory. However, as far as receiving leads from us, we usually match the client with a top producing agents in their area.
Can anyone join FastExpert?
The majority of the agents in our network were personally invited to join our network. Over the years, we have decided to allow all real estate agents to join as long as they are licensed and in good standing with the Department of Real Estate.
How much does it cost to join FastExpert?
FastExpert is free to join! We do not believe in charging you on leads that do not turn into sales. There is no charge to be listed on the directory or to contact clients. Our model is simple: If you close a transaction for one of our clients, you pay 25% at closing. Besides that there is no fee.
How can I get ranked higher on FastExpert?
Agents are ranked mainly on the numbers of transaction made per City and State. If you like to be ranked higher, please login to your dashboard and upload your transaction history. Reach out to us if you need help.
