1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

First get in touch with a professional, full-time Agent who can explain the current market situation and set up a search for you. Then speak with a qualified lender. If you don't have one in mind, ask your Realtor® who they recommend. All lenders are not created equal and your agent can partner you with a mortgage expert that will help you achieve your dream.

2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Create a partnership with a Experienced Agent. One that fits your needs and desires best. Each Realtor® brings unique qualities and personality. The process can be stressful and long, you want to be sure they have your best interests in mind and will communicate with you throughout the entire process. Ask questions and be honest. The more you know about each other, the better the relationship.

3. What types of clients have you worked with?

From first-time homebuyers to investors and everything in between. I work with farm and ranch properties, to raw land, rural homesites with wells and septics to multi-million dollar estates. I pride myself with an ability to tailor to the needs of my client. No task is too big or too small. I love what I do and who I work with. Many of my clients become long-time friends and offer referrals.

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently listed and sold a flood home in need of repairs for a couple that wasn't sure what they should do. I walked them through their options, the current market situation in regards to these types of homes and sold their home for more than they were expecting. We also found them a new home...in a flood free location, and closed both homes at a time that was right for them. It was a true blessing to be able to help them.

5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

For several years a friend had been suggesting I join her brokerage. She felt my personality, kindness and professional experience would greatly benefit those needing Real Estate services. Having a background in Marketing working for a Fortune 500 advertising company, being and entrepreneur and having entered into the world of real estate investing, it turned out to be a natural fit.

6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefits your clients?

I have a BBA in Marketing and recently earned my Certified Home Marketing Specialist Designation to enhance my knowledge and experience. Marketing and First Impressions are a key component to every listing. I will continue to seek opportunities and education to bring more value and expertise to better serve my clients.
