Rely on your agents knowledge of the market, a good agent will help you make informed decisions.

2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

The agent you choose will perform a market analysis for you of your homes value. Do NOT rely on websites like Zillow or Trulia to tell you what your home is worth.

3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of client in ALL price ranges, I have closed over 1300 real estate transactions in the last 17 years.

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I get personal satisfaction with helping people solve problems, they are all interesting to me.

5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

My neighbor was a Realtor and mentioned to me that he thought I would be a great agent. Within 3 years I was one of the top agents in the area.
