1. What advice would you give a buying trying to purchase a home?

Get fully approved with a lender or your bank before you begin searching. Have fun, enjoy the process, embrace the stress, and trust your agent.

2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Don’t overprice your home! Work with not against your agent. It’s a team effort, sellers control the condition, clean up, showing access, and pricing. Agents control the marketing, negotiations, escrow, and legal documents. In successful negotiations both parties need to feel like they won something. The party with the least to lose always has the upper hand in negotiations. Real estate is not a liquid asset, it takes time to get sold, and negotiations take time to win. I know we are annoying at times but a simple no response by phone or email will stop the calls and don’t worry we hear no allot...

3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with every client known to man or women. First time home buyers, luxury home buyers, condominium buyers, vacation home buyers, 2nd home buyers, 1031 exchange buyers, land buyers, commercial buyers, investors, developers, builders, etc.

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

There are too many and instead of writing a novel, just ask when you interview me...

5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I began my career 14 years ago as a real estate appraiser, after 4 years I jumped into residential real estate sale, dabbed in commercial for a while, and back to residential real estate. I began my career at 20 years old, 14 years later, over $175 million in sales and over $500,000 in appraisal, I am still going strong. Oh by the way just turned 34 this year…

6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefits your clients?

My appraisal background is proof I know how to price property right and know a deal when I see one... I have extensive education and experience in selling real estate, so much so I know issues that arise, and I know the stuff that is not in the books. Give me a chance!
